About this painting

Red poppies, white daisies and blue cornflowers fill the lower half of the square, and beyond them a still blue lake opens beneath jagged snow-capped peaks and heaped white cloud.

Tall dark pines frame the view at both edges like stage curtains, steering attention down the middle to the water. The flowers carry the heaviest paint: each poppy is a few curled knife strokes of scarlet and orange around a dark centre, each daisy a raised dab of white, with spires of red wildflower climbing the margins. Mountains and sky are smoother and cooler, so depth comes from the change in texture as much as from perspective.

IA#999 is an original impressionist landscape painting showing red poppy and daisy meadow before an alpine lake and snowy peaks, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas with a heavily textured impasto surface. It is painted to order in any size; the 10 standard sizes run from 24×24 in (61×61 cm) to 72×72 in (183×183 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

The busy meadow sits low and the calm peaks sit high, which suits a wall seen by seated people: over a dining table, keep the bottom edge low so diners look straight into the poppies. In a reception, a large square facing the entrance shows arrivals the snow line first. Green upholstery, light oak and white walls let the reds sing; avoid strongly patterned rugs or wallpaper beside it, which compete with the flowers.

Specified for lobby & reception, workspace & office, living room and dining room; it reads as uplifting and vibrant.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for IA#999 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 24×24 in to 72×72 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Thick impasto uses more paint and takes longer to dry than flat brushwork, which the price reflects.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on IA#999 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

What are the red spires at the edges of the meadow in IA#999?

Tall red wildflowers on upright stems, close in look to Indian paintbrush or red lupin, painted as stacked dabs rather than botanical portraits. They lift the meadow's red up into the trees on both sides, so the colour is not confined to the poppies along the bottom.

Is IA#999 a portrait of a real mountain lake?

It is a composed alpine view rather than a record of one known lake: jagged snow peaks, a pine-edged shore and a meadow in full summer flower. Nothing ties it to a single range, so it suits Alpine, Rocky Mountain or Scandinavian-themed interiors equally well.

Is IA#999 a print or an original painting?

An original. IA#999 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of IA#999 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
