Original art, supplied to trade
We supply some 1,300 original hand-painted works, and paint to brief. Nothing is held in stock and nothing is printed: every piece is painted by hand for your order, from the catalogue, from your own image or as a hand-painted reproduction, in about 10 days, then shipped anywhere in the world by DHL, FedEx or UPS express in 5–7 days.

Terms
- Minimum order
- One piece. Samples carry no minimum, so you can check quality before committing a project.
- Volume pricing
- Tiered from 10 pieces per order. Quoted with the enquiry.
- Lead time
- About 10 days to paint, then 5–7 days in transit by DHL, FedEx or UPS express. Commissions and large formats are quoted individually and confirmed in writing.
- Sizes
- Any size. The catalogue lists what has been produced before, not a fixed menu.
- Your own image
- Send a photo, a view, your building, your logo or crest, a render or a mood board you own or may use, and it is painted by hand to your size. Exclusivity of a design can be agreed in advance. See painting from your photo.
- Finish
- Rolled canvas, frameless stretched, or framed in gold, silver, black, white or wood. 3D plaster and deep relief work ships stretched or framed, not rolled.
- Approval
- You see the work in progress. We send photos or video as the piece is painted and only carry on once you have approved the stage.
- Shipping
- Not included in the price. We arrange it with the carrier and find the best route for your address and order: DHL, FedEx or UPS express, or air or sea freight for larger orders. The cost is confirmed before dispatch. See logistics.
- Damage in transit
- Rare: our return rate is under 0.01%, because every piece is packed carefully and shipped with trusted carriers. If it happens, send photos; we take the claim up with the carrier and work out a solution with you, such as a replacement or a refund.
- Returns
- Every piece is painted to order and you approve a photograph of the finished piece before it ships, so finished pieces are not returnable.
- Payment
- 50% upfront against a proforma invoice; the other 50% once you approve the photograph of the finished piece, before it ships.
- Stock
- None held. Every piece is painted for the order, which is exactly why size, colour and composition can still be changed.
