About this painting

A tall blue waterfall drops through a sunlit forest in one long white-streaked column, then breaks over a lower ledge into a clear pool. Shafts of pale yellow light slant in from the upper left through gold and lemon foliage, with a violet haze behind the fall, so the cool water is lit from one side. Small strokes of coral, pink, orange and red pick out wildflowers on the rocks around the pool.

The paint is flat and brushed: long vertical drags for the falling water, short dabs for leaves and petals. The brightest spot is the splash where the fall meets the pool, just below the centre.

IA#937 is an original impressionist landscape painting showing waterfall in a sunlit forest with colourful foliage, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

One upright column of water suits a narrow wall: the pier between two tall windows, a reception wall beside the lifts, or a spa walkway where guests move toward the light. Charcoal, slate or deep green paint behind it makes the yellows glow, as the room photographs show. At 60x80 in the canvas stands about as tall as a door, so hang it low over a console to keep the pool and flowers near eye level.

Specified for lobby & reception, corridor & circulation, spa & wellness and living room; it reads as uplifting and vibrant.

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for IA#937 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Flat brushwork takes less paint and time than impasto or relief work of the same size.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on IA#937 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Which side of IA#937 is the sunlight falling from?

From the upper left. Diagonal shafts of pale yellow fall through the canopy across the top of the waterfall, so the leaves on that side and the head of the fall are the brightest areas. If a window or lamp sits on the same side of the wall, the room light agrees with the painted light.

Is the waterfall in IA#937 a real place?

It does not show a named waterfall. The scene is an imagined forest fall composed for colour: a two-stage drop, a gold canopy and flowering rocks around the pool. If a project needs a specific waterfall, a commission painted from the buyer's own photograph is possible.

Is IA#937 a print or an original painting?

An original. IA#937 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of IA#937 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
