About this painting

A white arcade recedes in strict perspective to a mustard-yellow arch at its far end, the only strong colour on the canvas.

Overhead, the vaults are modelled in raised white relief, rib after rib shrinking towards the vanishing point. On the left a row of columns throws long shadows across a grey cobbled floor, so the sun is coming from that side, and the right wall is plain except for a line of small lamps. Inside the yellow arch sit a dark doorway and a tiny window outlined in white dots, a detail that only shows up close.

TA#352 is an original textured cityscape painting showing white vaulted colonnade with a yellow arched door, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas with a sculpted relief surface. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

Hung at the end of a real corridor or opposite a front door, the painted arcade seems to carry the space on through the wall; set it so the yellow arch sits near standing eye level and the perspective lines up. The painted sunlight enters from the left, so it looks most convincing where the room's own window is also on the left. Limewashed walls, white oak and a single ochre cushion or vase pick up its colours.

Specified for corridor & circulation, guest room & suite, entryway & hallway and living room; it reads as peaceful and calming.

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for TA#352 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Because the surface is not rolled, the choice is between stretched, ready to hang, and stretched in a frame; a frame costs more.
Surface
Sculpted relief is built up in layers with drying time between them, so it costs more than a flat painting of the same size.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on TA#352 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Does TA#352 show a real building?

It is not tied to a named building. A barrel-vaulted walk with columns on one side and a plain wall on the other is a type found in Mediterranean cloisters and colonial arcades, and the yellow end wall works as the picture's single accent rather than a record of one particular door.

Which parts of TA#352 are raised and which are painted flat?

The vaulted ceiling carries the heaviest relief: each rib is built up so it casts a real shadow alongside the painted ones. The columns are modelled more gently, and the cobbled floor, right-hand wall and yellow arch are painted flatter, which helps them recede.

Is TA#352 a print or an original painting?

An original. TA#352 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of TA#352 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
