About this painting

Two pale forms ringed like sawn tree trunks stack down the canvas, one high on the right and one low on the left, their surfaces combed into dozens of raised plaster ridges that wobble outward from an off-centre core. Behind them sit patches of sage and olive green with a granular, sponged finish, and a single thin black line wanders in from the top edge, slips between the two forms and runs on to the bottom.

Most of the left side is plain off-white ground, so the combed rings carry all the movement.

TA#710 is an original textured geometric painting showing white ridged concentric ring forms with sage green textured patches, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas with a sculpted relief surface. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

Hang it where people pass within two or three metres, along a spa treatment corridor or beside the head of a boardroom table, because the ridges are the point and they fade with distance. The black contour line gives a reason to repeat slim black details nearby: window mullions, chair legs or a thin black frame. A downlight grazing from above deepens every groove, while flat front lighting lets the rings sink back into the white.

Specified for spa & wellness, meeting & boardroom, guest room & suite and home office; it reads as calming and peaceful.

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for TA#710 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Because the surface is not rolled, the choice is between stretched, ready to hang, and stretched in a frame; a frame costs more.
Surface
Sculpted relief is built up in layers with drying time between them, so it costs more than a flat painting of the same size.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on TA#710 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

How are the ring patterns on TA#710 made?

They are combed into the plaster while it is still wet, much as sand is raked in a dry garden, so each ring is a real ridge with a groove on either side. Under side light every line casts its own small shadow and the forms read almost like contour maps.

What does the thin black line do in TA#710?

Nothing else on the canvas is this dark. It traces the edges of both white forms and links them, so the eye follows one continuous path from top to bottom rather than seeing two separate shapes, and it keeps the near-white palette from going soft.

Is TA#710 a print or an original painting?

An original. TA#710 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of TA#710 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
