Two pink lotus flowers rise on hair-thin dark stems through a tall, narrow canvas, one fully open near the top, one still a bud halfway down. Two round pads in olive gold float beside them, one face-on at the upper right and a larger one tilted at lower left, and a ripe seed pod nods on its curved stalk near the bottom.

The pads carry the texture: their radiating veins are raised in ridges that catch light at the rims, while the blooms are painted finely. The ground warms from peach at the top to dusty pink-beige lower down, leaving wide quiet space between each element.
