About this painting

Six poppy heads float on long, wiry stems, their dusty pink petals so sheer that each bloom shows the one behind it. The flowers crowd into the upper left of the canvas at staggered heights, and only one smaller head hangs lower on the right. Petals are washed in thin layers of mauve and plum-pink with fine crinkled veining, deepening around the dark hearts; one stem bends in a loose S while the rest fall straight to the bottom edge.

The ground shifts from cool ivory at the top to a faint blush near the base, and the open space at right keeps the cluster from feeling crowded.

MA#532 is an original minimalist floral painting showing translucent dusty pink poppies on pale ground, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

Sheer petals on a near-white ground want a soft, evenly lit wall: above a bed, opposite the window in a hotel suite, or in a treatment room lit indirectly. Mauve sits comfortably with greige linen, pale oak, brushed nickel and travertine, and against pure white plaster the blush ground shows as a gentle tint. The upright shape fits slim walls in bathrooms and dressing areas where a landscape canvas would be cramped.

Specified for spa & wellness, guest room & suite, bedroom and bathroom; it reads as romantic and peaceful.

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for MA#532 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Flat brushwork takes less paint and time than impasto or relief work of the same size.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on MA#532 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Why do the poppies in MA#532 look see-through?

The petals are built from thin, semi-transparent washes instead of solid colour, so where two blooms overlap both outlines stay visible, like flowers held up to the light. The effect is close to a backlit photograph or an X-ray, which keeps the painting delicate rather than sugary.

Does the pink of MA#532 read warm or cool on a wall?

Cool. The petals are a muted mauve-pink with plum shading, not peach or coral, and the ground is a pale blush. Under warm lamps the flowers turn rosier; in daylight they look greyer and dustier, so they suit schemes built on greige, dove grey and soft white.

Is MA#532 a print or an original painting?

An original. MA#532 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of MA#532 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
