About this painting

Silver grass plumes lean into a lavender-grey winter sky, their white heads lit against a thin band of pale yellow light on the horizon.

Below them the canvas turns into a thicket: blades in cobalt, cornflower blue, rust and mauve cross at every angle, laid in sharp knife strokes with crisp edges. A frosted ridge of white bushes runs along the horizon, and at the far left a single coral peak is the only warm accent. The sky is kept smooth and evenly graded, so the restless lower two thirds and the quiet upper band pull against each other.

HA#328 is an original hyperrealist landscape painting showing frosted pampas reeds against a pale sky and distant snowy ridge, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas with a heavily textured impasto surface. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

Its blues and lavenders lean cool, so it sits best with grey-green, stone, pale ash and white rather than warm cream, and it steadies a room that takes strong afternoon sun. Slate or denim-blue textiles pick up the grass blades; the coral fleck allows one rust cushion or throw. In a long corridor or a treatment room, hang it so the horizon band of light lands at eye level, which is where the picture opens out.

Specified for spa & wellness, corridor & circulation, guest room & suite and bedroom; it reads as calming and peaceful.

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for HA#328 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Thick impasto uses more paint and takes longer to dry than flat brushwork, which the price reflects.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on HA#328 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

What is the small coral shape on the horizon of HA#328?

A distant peak catching low sun, painted in coral against the cold horizon. It is the only warm note on the canvas and sits at the far left, opposite the tallest plumes on the right, so the eye travels across the picture between the two.

Do the knife strokes in HA#328 show from across a room?

Close up, each grass blade is a separate flat stroke with a hard edge, and those edges catch light from the side. From a few metres away they merge into a shimmering thicket of blue and rust, while the plumes stay crisp against the smooth sky above.

Is HA#328 a print or an original painting?

An original. HA#328 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of HA#328 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
