About this painting

One white peony unfurls across a wide, dark canvas, its petals cupped around a black heart ringed with gold-yellow stamens. The petals shade from near-white at their rims to cool blue-grey in the hollows, blended so smoothly that each one looks like folded silk.

Around the flower, the navy and charcoal ground is swept with long brushed strokes, dark leaves at both ends, scattered white specks and fine gold lines that arc past the petals like loose threads. A small amber form tucks against the left-hand petals, the only warm patch outside the centre.

HA#1084 is an original hyperrealist floral painting showing large white and blue-grey peony with gold stamens and gold line accents on dark grey, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas. It is painted to order in any size; the 11 standard sizes run from 36×18 in (91×46 cm) to 100×50 in (254×127 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

The panoramic shape needs a long, unbroken wall: a banquette run in a restaurant, the backdrop to a hotel check-in counter, or the long side of a suite's sitting area, sized to cover roughly two thirds of the sofa or bench beneath it. Its dark ground shows best against greige, cream or light timber panelling, where the bloom seems lit from within; on a dark wall it can vanish. Grey velvet, charcoal linen and a mustard cushion echo the palette.

Specified for lobby & reception, restaurant & bar, guest room & suite and living room; it reads as dramatic and bold.

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for HA#1084 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 36×18 in to 100×50 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Flat brushwork takes less paint and time than impasto or relief work of the same size.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on HA#1084 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

What do the gold lines around the peony in HA#1084 represent?

They are decorative rather than botanical: thin gold strokes that trace a few petal edges and arc through the dark background, giving movement to an otherwise still flower. They also pick up the yellow of the stamens, so the gold reads as one thread running through the whole canvas.

Does the white peony in HA#1084 carry any symbolism?

Peonies are often associated with wealth and honour in East Asian art, and with romance and a happy marriage in Western flower lore. Painted white on a dark ground, as here, the mood is quieter and more formal than a pink or red peony would give.

Is HA#1084 a print or an original painting?

An original. HA#1084 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of HA#1084 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
