About this painting

Houses climb a hillside in flat, interlocking blocks of terracotta, brick red, teal, sand and dusty pink, fitted together like pieces of a puzzle. Small dark windows, an arched iron gate, a pediment over one doorway and, near the bottom, a pale animal rearing up on a dark green panel are the details to find.

Toward the top the buildings lose their edges and break into pale blocks of grey, beige and turquoise, threaded with thin scaffolding lines, so the village seems to dissolve into sky. Colour is laid in matte, unblended planes, and the lowest row turns dark brown and charcoal to anchor the base.

AA#707 is an original abstract cityscape painting showing stacked cubist village houses in terracotta, teal and beige with a cat on a balcony, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

Its many small details reward someone standing near, so it belongs where people linger or sit: beside a restaurant table, at the turn of a stair, or opposite a guest-room desk. Terracotta tile, limewash, raw linen and pale oak suit its earthy colours; against high-gloss or black walls it looks out of place. The tall format fills a narrow wall well, and it can also lean on a bench for a more relaxed look.

Specified for restaurant & bar, guest room & suite, dining room and entryway & hallway; it reads as cozy & warm and peaceful.

Pairs well with

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for AA#707 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Flat brushwork takes less paint and time than impasto or relief work of the same size.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on AA#707 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Does AA#707 depict a specific hillside town?

None is named. The stacked cubes, arched gate and pale upper walls recall hillside villages around the Mediterranean, simplified into blocks of colour, so the canvas suits a Greek, Spanish or Moroccan-inspired interior without pinning down one of them.

What is the small white figure near the bottom of AA#707?

A pale animal standing upright on a dark green panel, beside a black and white chequered square, near a doorway in the lower third. It looks like an emblem painted on a house front, the kind of detail guests only find on a second look.

Is AA#707 a print or an original painting?

An original. AA#707 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of AA#707 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
