Gold line mountains, red sun and flying birds canvas art

A red sun hangs over a mountain range drawn only in fine gold contour lines, while a scatter of tiny black birds drifts across the cream sky toward the upper right.

In front of the line-drawn ridges sit two solid peaks, slate blue touched with amber on the left and jagged teal crags on the right, both half lost in white and grey cloud. Below the cloud the picture changes register: long vertical streaks of gold and dark umber fall to the lower edge like rain or a dragged reflection. The cream ground carries a faint crumpled-paper grain, so even the empty top third holds interest.
