About this painting

A broad band of fine white ridges, combed in close parallel lines, cuts a diagonal through dark moss green, starting at the top-left corner and ending lower right. The band widens as it descends, its lines bending like water racing down a channel.

The green beside it is mottled and flecked, built up in rough dabs like wet moss seen from the air, and a second dark rift cuts across the upper right corner. At lower left, rough white-grey plaster is crossed by a thin black line, a smaller echo of the main band. The white ridges have a faint silvery sheen that shifts as you pass.

TA#630 is an original textured landscape painting showing green textured plaster field with a sweeping band of white ridged lines, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas with a sculpted relief surface. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

The diagonal gives the painting a direction, so let it point the way: choose the corridor wall on which the band runs downhill in the direction people walk, or an entrance hall wall facing the door. Its dark green is heavy enough for charcoal walls, smoked oak or black slatted panelling. Light from above is what shows the combing; under flat ambient light the band reads as plain white.

Specified for lobby & reception, corridor & circulation, meeting & boardroom and entryway & hallway; it reads as moody.

Pairs well with

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for TA#630 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Because the surface is not rolled, the choice is between stretched, ready to hang, and stretched in a frame; a frame costs more.
Surface
Sculpted relief is built up in layers with drying time between them, so it costs more than a flat painting of the same size.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on TA#630 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

How are the fine white ridges in TA#630 formed?

The white paste is laid thick and then drawn through with a toothed comb, which leaves dozens of parallel ridges that curve with the band. Small nicks across the lines break up the rhythm so the pattern never looks mechanical.

Could the moss green of TA#630 be painted in navy or charcoal?

Yes. The dark moss field can be made in deep navy or charcoal while keeping the white combed band, which turns the work cooler and more graphic. The silvery white ridges stay the same, and the thin black line at lower left works with either ground.

Is TA#630 a print or an original painting?

An original. TA#630 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of TA#630 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
