a large vertical textured abstract painting of a shoreline seen from above, with olive and khaki paint on the left, gray-green sea on the right, and a white surf line down the center, in thick hand-applied impasto

Studio photograph of the actual canvas. Yours is repainted to your dimensions, so brushwork will differ slightly — that is what an original is.

About this painting

A single line of white surf, seen from high above, runs the full height of the canvas and divides khaki sand on the left from a grey-green sea on the right. The sand is the roughest part: stippled, pitted paint, darker in patches, like a beach the tide has just left.

The foam is laid on thickly as a broken white ridge, with a thin warmer seam along its sand side. The sea is quieter, a soft sage worked with fine ripples that only show up close. Nothing else interrupts the composition, so that one wavering diagonal carries the whole picture.

TA#621 is an original textured seascape painting showing muted olive and grey-green plaster field with a white shoreline-like line, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas with a heavily textured impasto surface. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

Because the surf line runs top to bottom, the painting reads well where people walk beside it rather than stand in front: a corridor wall between guest-room doors, or the side wall of a spa reception. Its khaki and sage pair with slatted oak, limewash, travertine and charcoal metal. A spotlight set just above and forward of the frame lets the foam ridge cast a thin shadow onto the sea.

Specified for lobby & reception, corridor & circulation, spa & wellness and living room; it reads as calming and moody.

Pairs well with

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for TA#621 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Because the surface is not rolled, the choice is between stretched, ready to hang, and stretched in a frame; a frame costs more.
Surface
Thick impasto uses more paint and takes longer to dry than flat brushwork, which the price reflects.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on TA#621 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Which part of TA#621 is beach and which is water?

The khaki, pitted area on the left is the beach and the smoother grey-green field on the right is the sea, with the white ridge of surf between them. The view looks straight down, as from a drone, which is why there is no horizon or sky.

Is TA#621 a quieter choice than a blue seascape?

Yes. Its sea is a muted sage rather than blue and the sand is closer to khaki than gold, so it behaves almost like a neutral. It suits schemes built on greige, olive and stone, where a turquoise beach painting would become the loudest thing in the room.

Is TA#621 a print or an original painting?

An original. TA#621 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of TA#621 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
