About this painting

Deep blue-violet irises crowd a garden bed from edge to edge, their sea-green sword leaves twisting up out of rust-orange earth in the lower left corner.

Two white blooms break the pattern, the first raised above the blue mass on the left, the second cut by the right edge, and a band of olive foliage dotted with orange flowers closes off the top, so there is no sky at all. Each petal and leaf is edged with a darker line and filled with short, directional strokes, which gives the picture a crisp, almost graphic rhythm.

IA#113 is an original impressionist floral painting showing Van Gogh-style bed of blue irises with green leaves and orange soil, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 24×20 in (61×51 cm) to 80×60 in (203×153 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

The dense, all-over pattern wants space around it rather than other art on the same wall. Navy, ink or deep teal walls make the irises glow, and pale grey works with blue velvet chairs. In a restaurant it suits a banquette run or a private dining room, where guests sit close enough to see the outlined petals. Neutral white light keeps the blues clear; very warm bulbs dull them towards grey.

Specified for restaurant & bar, dining room, living room and lobby & reception; it reads as uplifting and peaceful.

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for IA#113 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 24×20 in to 80×60 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Flat brushwork takes less paint and time than impasto or relief work of the same size.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on IA#113 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Why is there no sky in IA#113?

The view looks down into the flower bed, so a band of foliage cuts off the horizon at the top. That close, tilted viewpoint fills the whole canvas with blooms and leaves, which is why it behaves more like a pattern on the wall than a landscape with depth.

What do the two white irises do in IA#113?

They are the only light notes in a canvas of blue, green and rust. One sits high on the left, the other at the right edge, so they pull your gaze across the width and stop the dark blues merging into one mass when the painting is seen from a distance.

Is IA#113 a print or an original painting?

An original. IA#113 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of IA#113 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
