About this painting

A dark green wine bottle stands at the centre of a plain table, flanked by a heavy bunch of red-violet grapes on the left and pale green grapes with two apples on the right. Between them a slender V-shaped glass holds red wine that echoes the bottle's crimson neck, and vine leaves curl up into the grey wall behind.

The handling is loose and painterly rather than photographic: a mottled grey wall in broad strokes, a tabletop of creamy sweeps and a band of brown wood along the bottom. Highlights do the describing, a white glint on each grape and a streak down the bottle's shoulder.

HA#040 is an original hyperrealist still life painting showing still life of a green wine bottle, glass of red wine, red and green grapes and apples on a wooden table, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 24×20 in (61×51 cm) to 80×60 in (203×153 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

With a bottle and glass at its centre, the canvas belongs in a wine bar, a restaurant's private dining room or above a sideboard where bottles are actually kept. Its greys and browns suit walnut, oxblood leather, bottle-green paint and brass lamps. Over a banquette or buffet, let the painting run about two-thirds of the furniture's length. Warm light from above flatters the red wine and grapes; cold LEDs make the grey wall look dull.

Specified for restaurant & bar, dining room and living room; it reads as cozy & warm and moody.

Pairs well with

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for HA#040 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 24×20 in to 80×60 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Flat brushwork takes less paint and time than impasto or relief work of the same size.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on HA#040 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Is the wine label in HA#040 a real brand?

No. The label is painted as loose script and numerals that suggest writing without spelling anything, so no winery or vintage is named. That keeps the canvas neutral in a restaurant or bar with its own wine list, and nothing on the bottle will date it or advertise.

How finely detailed is HA#040 up close?

Not minutely. Within a metre the grapes, glass and apples turn into quick, confident strokes and dabbed highlights, and the wall is brushed loosely. From across a dining room those strokes resolve into a convincing table, which suits rooms where people sit some distance away.

Is HA#040 a print or an original painting?

An original. HA#040 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of HA#040 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
