About this painting

Gladiolus blooms crowd the canvas edge to edge, coral at their throats and deepening to raspberry pink along the ruffled petal rims. The main spike climbs up the centre, flower stacked on flower; a second stem leans in from the left and a third is cropped at the right margin, so the picture feels like a close look into a full vase.

Pale stamens curl out of the lower blooms, and sword-shaped green leaves rise from the bottom edge between them. The blush-pink background is painted in soft, visible strokes, so the smoother, more finished flowers stand in front of it.

HA#758 is an original hyperrealist floral painting showing pink gladiolus flowers with green stems on a pale pink ground, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

Hang it across the room from the bed in a hotel room or bedroom, so the pink greets whoever wakes there. Dusty green velvet, terracotta tile and whitewashed wood all sit well with it; a deep rose or red wall would blur its edges. The blooms touch the top of the canvas, so leave clear wall above it rather than tucking it under a shelf or close to a cornice, where the flowers would look cramped.

Specified for guest room & suite, spa & wellness, bedroom and living room; it reads as romantic and uplifting.

Pairs well with

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for HA#758 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Flat brushwork takes less paint and time than impasto or relief work of the same size.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on HA#758 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

What does the gladiolus in HA#758 stand for?

Gladiolus takes its name from the Latin gladius, a sword, after its blade-shaped leaves, and the flower is commonly linked with strength of character and integrity. It is also one of the traditional birth flowers for August.

How do the green leaves in HA#758 work with the pink?

They are the counterweight. Green is the complement of pink, so the few sword-shaped leaves at the bottom and between the blooms make the coral and raspberry look richer than they would alone. They also give you a second colour to repeat in cushions, plants or a velvet chair.

Is HA#758 a print or an original painting?

An original. HA#758 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of HA#758 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
