About this painting

One split, deeply lobed monstera leaf fills the upper right of a white canvas in washes of lime, sage and deep green, while slender palm fronds sweep across it from the left.

Nothing is shown whole: the leaves run off every edge, as if the canvas were a window onto a much larger plant, and a second monstera curls up from the bottom left corner. Thinned acrylic pools darker along the veins and fades almost to nothing at the leaf tips. One teal blade at the lower right is the deepest note; elsewhere the white ground shows freely between the leaves.

HA#168 is an original hyperrealist floral painting showing green monstera and palm leaves in watercolour style on white, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

With so much white ground it lifts narrow, windowless spaces: a spa corridor between treatment rooms, the wall facing a vanity, or a guest bathroom, hung outside the splash zone. It sits easily against whitewashed boards, white oak, pale terrazzo and brushed nickel, and needs only ordinary ceiling light. Since the leaves are cropped at the edges, a slim black frame sharpens the crop, while hanging it unframed lets the leaves seem to carry on across the wall.

Specified for spa & wellness, guest room & suite, corridor & circulation and bathroom; it reads as peaceful and uplifting.

Pairs well with

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for HA#168 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Flat brushwork takes less paint and time than impasto or relief work of the same size.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on HA#168 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Is HA#168 a watercolour?

No, it is acrylic on canvas, thinned with water and laid in transparent layers so it looks like watercolour. In practice that means it needs no glazing like a work on paper would, and the surface can be dusted with a soft dry brush.

Are the narrow leaves in HA#168 palm or bamboo?

Palm. They are the leaflets of slender fronds, each set along a thin arching stem that crosses the canvas from the upper left, which bamboo would not do. Their olive and khaki tones set off the brighter lime of the monstera behind them.

Is HA#168 a print or an original painting?

An original. HA#168 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of HA#168 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
