About this painting

Jagged snow-covered peaks fill the top of the canvas under a hazy, pinkish sky, with a pale sun barely showing through cloud above the central summit.

Below them, a dark forested ridge falls into a wide olive-green valley where a small village and winding tracks catch the light. In the lower left a timber chalet sits on a shadowed slope, and a file of tall dark pines runs down from it across the foreground. The brushwork is fine and realist, with soft haze between each layer of distance: dark foreground, bright middle valley, pale mountains.

HA#117 is an original hyperrealist landscape painting showing snow-capped alpine peaks above a green valley with pines and a chalet, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 24×20 in (61×51 cm) to 80×60 in (203×153 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

The long horizon line suits wide, low walls: above a boardroom credenza, along a dining banquette or over a guest-room bed. It reads as traditional, so it settles naturally into panelled rooms with green leather, tweed, a stone fireplace or a classical moulding. Give it a picture light over the top edge; the hazy sky is subtle and washes out under harsh, cold downlights.

Specified for meeting & boardroom, guest room & suite, living room and dining room; it reads as peaceful and moody.

Pairs well with

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for HA#117 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 24×20 in to 80×60 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Flat brushwork takes less paint and time than impasto or relief work of the same size.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on HA#117 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Do the peaks in HA#117 show a real place?

The pale, jagged towers have the look of the Dolomites in northern Italy, and the scene follows that alpine pattern of high pasture, pine forest and valley village. It is best treated as an alpine view in that spirit rather than a map-accurate portrait of one named valley.

Does HA#117 suit a modern room or only a traditional one?

It leans traditional, with realist detail and soft atmospheric haze, but a plain modern room can make that contrast work. Against plain white or soft grey paint, its muted greys and greens stay quiet enough to sit beside clean-lined furniture without looking out of place.

Is HA#117 a print or an original painting?

An original. HA#117 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of HA#117 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
