About this painting

A white wave rears up and breaks along a grey pebble beach, throwing spray across the lower half of an upright canvas while turquoise sea runs flat to a straight horizon behind it. On the left the wave still shows its curl, a translucent blue hollow beneath the crest; to the right it has already collapsed into churning foam that spills over the shingle.

Sky fills almost half the height, blue with two bands of white cumulus and thin streaks higher up. The pebbles are dabbed in short strokes of slate, charcoal and white, the roughest-looking passage on an otherwise smoothly blended surface.

HA#044 is an original hyperrealist seascape painting showing white wave breaking onto a grey pebble beach under a blue cloudy sky, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

Blue, white and pebble grey match the materials of a coastal interior: whitewashed timber, grey terrazzo, honed limestone, linen and rope. Hung facing a guest-suite bed, its flat horizon becomes the first line anyone sees on waking. It wants plenty of daylight or neutral-white lamps; under very warm bulbs the turquoise sea drifts toward green and the white spray turns creamy.

Specified for spa & wellness, corridor & circulation, bathroom and guest room & suite; it reads as calming and peaceful.

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for HA#044 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Flat brushwork takes less paint and time than impasto or relief work of the same size.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on HA#044 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Is HA#044 based on a particular beach?

No named beach is shown. It is a generic shingle shore with no headland, pier or building to fix the place, so it carries no local association and suits a seaside hotel anywhere as well as an inland spa or a city apartment.

Where is the movement in HA#044?

In the breaking wave across the middle. Its blue curl on the left and the burst of white spray to the right are painted with quick, broken strokes, while the sea behind and the sky above stay calm and blended. That contrast keeps the energy in one band instead of spreading it across the canvas.

Is HA#044 a print or an original painting?

An original. HA#044 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of HA#044 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
