About this painting

Scarlet and coral blossoms crowd a diagonal band down the canvas, packed tight and dark at the centre and loosening into scattered petals as they drift toward the lower right.

Turquoise flecks break through the red like light through foliage, and specks of yellow ochre catch along the left side. The right third is almost empty, pale grey and lilac mist with a few petals floating across it. At the bottom the colour runs into soft vertical streaks of grey, as if the bouquet were reflected in water. Edges are feathered and blended rather than built up, so the surface stays smooth while the blooms shimmer.

CA#074 is an original colorful floral painting showing burst of red and coral blossoms dissolving into a grey ground, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

Its upright format and left-leaning mass suit a narrow wall that faces someone arriving: the end of a hotel corridor, the wall opposite a guest-room door, the space beside a wardrobe. Pale grey, greige or warm white walls let the misty right side melt into the plaster. Blush and coral linens, a turquoise glass lamp base and brushed brass pick up its accents, and soft, diffuse light keeps the feathered edges from looking hard.

Specified for guest room & suite, corridor & circulation, bedroom and living room; it reads as romantic and uplifting.

Pairs well with

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for CA#074 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Flat brushwork takes less paint and time than impasto or relief work of the same size.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on CA#074 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

How do the turquoise flecks in CA#074 affect a colour scheme?

They give a second, cool accent to work with. Take them away and the picture becomes red on grey; keep them, and teal or aqua cushions, glass or ceramics in the room tie back to the painting and stop the coral from dominating. Keep those accents small, as the painting does.

Is the surface of CA#074 textured?

No, it is smooth. The movement comes from brushwork rather than raised paint: petals are flicked and feathered with a loaded brush, then softened into the grey ground so the edges blur. In side light the canvas stays even, which suits rooms with low grazing light where heavy texture would cast shadows.

Is CA#074 a print or an original painting?

An original. CA#074 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of CA#074 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
