About this painting

Broad, pointed leaves overlap from edge to edge in two greens only: a soft sage for the leaf faces and a dark olive line for every outline, midrib and vein. No background shows and no leaf is seen whole; each is clipped by a neighbour or the edge, as though cut from a larger planting.

The dark lines are drawn with a loaded brush and vary in weight, thick at the stems and tapering toward the tips. Inside the leaves the sage is dragged in fine streaks, a dry-brush finish that gives the flat surface the look of woven grasscloth from a few steps away.

AA#504 is an original abstract floral painting showing overlapping olive green leaves with dark veins forming an edge-to-edge pattern, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

Its narrow tonal range lets it sit against almost any warm neutral without a fight; it looks especially good with lime-washed plaster, natural oak and boucle, and beside real plants with darker leaves. In a guest room, a single canvas above a low headboard reads as a quiet pattern more than a picture. The olive lines hold up under dim, warm light, so it also suits a treatment room kept at low light levels.

Specified for corridor & circulation, spa & wellness, guest room & suite and living room; it reads as calming and peaceful.

Pairs well with

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for AA#504 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Flat brushwork takes less paint and time than impasto or relief work of the same size.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on AA#504 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

How is the olive line work in AA#504 drawn?

Freehand, with a brush. Each outline and vein is a single dark stroke that swells where the brush pressed and thins where it lifted, so no two leaves have identical edges. That slight unevenness keeps the pattern from looking stencilled or machine-made.

Can AA#504 hang beside other botanical work?

Yes, but choose something with more colour and less pattern: a loose floral, a soft abstract in terracotta or blush, or a plain-ground still life. Two dense all-over patterns side by side compete, while a quieter partner lets the leaf rhythm read as texture.

Is AA#504 a print or an original painting?

An original. AA#504 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of AA#504 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
