About this painting

Two faces in profile look at each other across a table of cups and bowls: one black with a single wide eye, the other cream with red lips and a dark hand raised to its eye. Between them a small blue skull, topped with a potted plant, balances on the lid of a teal bowl.

A cream mug striped with wavy red lines and a large pale blue bowl fill the bottom, olive branches cross the right-hand face, and a black stepped line frames the top. Everything is flat, matte colour with no texture: teal, sage, bottle green, cream and black, sharpened by small brick-red accents.

AA#762 is an original abstract figurative painting showing flat stylised collage of faces, foliage, jugs and bowls in teal, green and cream, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

Graphic shapes like these stay legible from across a busy room and hold up under bright, even light, so it suits a bistro wall lit by overhead spots or the wall facing bar stools. Its greens sit well with green-glazed tiles, rattan, terrazzo and pale oak; the red touches can be echoed in one chair or a row of ceramics. On a corridor wall between two doors, the upright format fills the gap without crowding the door frames.

Specified for restaurant & bar, dining room, corridor & circulation and entryway & hallway; it reads as peaceful.

Pairs well with

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for AA#762 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Flat brushwork takes less paint and time than impasto or relief work of the same size.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on AA#762 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Who are the two faces in AA#762?

Nobody in particular. The black and cream profiles are stylised figures in a manner close to modern collage and cut-paper illustration, facing each other across the still life. They can be read as a quiet conversation, but the painting leaves that open rather than telling a story.

What is the small blue object between the faces in AA#762?

A pale blue skull lying on its side with a little potted plant on top, balanced on a lidded teal bowl. A skull among cups and bowls is a long-standing still-life device, often read as a reminder of passing time; here the soft blue and the growing plant keep it light rather than sombre.

Is AA#762 a print or an original painting?

An original. AA#762 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of AA#762 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
