About this painting

One large bloom with a speckled indigo heart and a ring of emerald petals sits high in the middle of a cream canvas, with a smaller green flower to its upper left and loose cornflower-blue petals drifting around both.

Lower down, a second flower breaks apart into burgundy, magenta and chartreuse flecked with dark brown, and a cobalt sweep runs in from the right edge. The cream ground is worked as thickly as the flowers, in overlapping strokes with hints of lavender and pale yellow, so even the empty areas carry ridges. Tiny white dots over the indigo centre look like pollen or dew.

TA#426 is an original textured floral painting showing abstract green and white palette-knife flowers, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas with a heavily textured impasto surface. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

The cream ground does most of the work in a room: it matches warm white walls, ivory boucle and pale limewash, so the canvas sits on a light wall without a hard edge and only the green and blue blooms register. That makes it easy to repeat along a hotel corridor or across several suites that share one scheme. Pick up the teal in a cushion, throw or rug rather than a painted wall, which would crowd the cream.

Specified for guest room & suite, corridor & circulation, bedroom and living room; it reads as peaceful and uplifting.

Pairs well with

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for TA#426 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Because the surface is not rolled, the choice is between stretched, ready to hang, and stretched in a frame; a frame costs more.
Surface
Thick impasto uses more paint and takes longer to dry than flat brushwork, which the price reflects.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on TA#426 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Is the dark-centred bloom in TA#426 a particular flower?

Not a named species. Its speckled indigo centre inside a ring of emerald petals recalls a thistle head or an opening lotus, but it is painted loosely, and the blooms around it are colour and gesture rather than botanical studies, which suits schemes that want flowers without a garden theme.

Can the burgundy and magenta flower low on TA#426 be painted in teal instead?

Yes. That flower is the only warm patch on the canvas, and repainting it in teal and cobalt gives a fully cool picture on cream. Kept as it is, the burgundy and magenta stop the blues from feeling cold, so it is worth checking the room scheme before deciding.

Is TA#426 a print or an original painting?

An original. TA#426 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of TA#426 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
