Deep navy and gray geometric canvas painting

A heavy band of midnight navy runs across the top of the canvas and presses down on a wide, chalky white rectangle below it. Around that pale opening, slate-grey blocks step down the right side and across the base, and small sand and cream pieces tuck into the lower right corner like stones fitted into a wall.

No edge is ruled straight: every join wavers slightly, and within the navy a lighter blue panel shows one layer laid over another. The paint is smooth and matte throughout.
