Studio photograph of the actual canvas. Yours is repainted to your dimensions, so brushwork will differ slightly — that is what an original is.

About this painting

Grey bands step inward ring by ring on both panels until each centre drops to near-black, like looking down a passage into an unlit room.

The left panel is cool blue-grey and holds two of these tunnels side by side, split by a pale stripe. The right panel turns warmer, greige and putty, with a cream column set off-centre and a tunnel sliced off at its left edge. Dark flecks and the odd red or teal speck are scattered through the paint, and each step is built up thick enough to form its own small ledge.

MA#015 is an original minimalist geometric painting showing nested concentric rectangles in grey and greige, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas with a heavily textured impasto surface. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 53×80 in. Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

Because each centre recedes, the pair makes a flat wall feel deeper, which helps at the dead end of a corridor or on the short wall of a narrow boardroom. Keep the gap between the panels tight, around two inches, so they read as one composition. Grey wool, walnut, concrete and brushed steel sit well beside it, and in a guest room it settles a scheme of linen and stone without competing with it.

Specified for meeting & boardroom, corridor & circulation, guest room & suite and home office; it reads as calming.

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for MA#015 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 53×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Thick impasto uses more paint and takes longer to dry than flat brushwork, which the price reflects.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on MA#015 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Does it matter which panel of MA#015 hangs on the left?

As shown, the cool blue-grey panel hangs left and the warmer greige one right, so the colour warms as the eye moves across and the sliced tunnel sits at the join. Swapped, it still works, but that cut-off edge ends up on the outside of the pair.

What are the coloured specks on the right panel of MA#015?

Small chips of dark, red and teal paint scattered through the greige, most visible in the pale cream column. From a few steps away they read like grit in stone or terrazzo; only up close do they show their colour, and they keep the surface from looking too clean.

Is MA#015 a print or an original painting?

An original. MA#015 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of MA#015 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
