About this painting

A turquoise wave curls in from the left and breaks against a cluster of sunlit boulders, throwing white spray high above the rocks on the right. Low sun shines through the crest just before it falls, turning the water inside the curl a luminous lime green, the brightest patch on the canvas.

The foreground rocks are painted in ochre, amber and umber, lit on their tops and dark underneath, with foam threading between them. Behind, a blue headland fades into haze at the far left, three gulls cross the sky, and the clouds blush from lilac to peach towards the light at the right.

HA#019 is an original hyperrealist seascape painting showing turquoise wave crashing onto golden rocks under a pastel sky, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 24×20 in (61×51 cm) to 80×60 in (203×153 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

The horizon sits just above the middle, so at eye level the line of the sea meets the viewer's own line of sight, which makes a guest room or spa corridor feel more open. It suits a coastal hotel suite, a treatment-room waiting area, or a large bathroom hung well away from direct splashes. The lilac sky also bridges grey and sand tones; plain whitewashed walls and pale stone leave the turquoise to do the work.

Specified for guest room & suite, spa & wellness, living room and bathroom; it reads as peaceful and uplifting.

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for HA#019 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 24×20 in to 80×60 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Flat brushwork takes less paint and time than impasto or relief work of the same size.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on HA#019 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Why is part of the wave in HA#019 green rather than blue?

That is light passing through the thin lip of the wave just before it breaks. Seawater turns green-turquoise when sun shines through it from behind, and the painter has heightened the effect into a glowing lime patch, which gives the whole scene its low-sun warmth.

Is the coastline in HA#019 a real place?

No particular coast is named or intended. The mix of rounded boulders, a hazy blue headland and a long open swell is typical of rocky Mediterranean or Atlantic shores, so it sits comfortably in any seaside setting without tying a room to one location.

Is HA#019 a print or an original painting?

An original. HA#019 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of HA#019 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
