an oversized horizontal impressionist canvas of red, pink, blue and purple trees lining both sides of a still lake, their colors repeated in broken reflections on white water under a gray sky, in thick knife-laid paint

About this painting

Trees in crimson, sky blue, buttercup yellow and violet crowd the two banks of a still lake, and every crown repeats below the waterline in short, broken dashes of the same colour.

The colours run like a spectrum: magenta, blue and yellow-orange on the left; pink, red, purple and coral on the right. Between them a pale path of light runs down the water toward a brighter break in the grey sky. Leaves are built from small slabs of knife-laid paint over dark trunks, while the water is pulled flat in long sideways strokes, so the top half feels heaped and the lower half glassy.

CA#1082 is an original colorful landscape painting showing rows of knife-painted trees in red, blue, purple and yellow reflected in water under a grey sky, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas with a heavily textured impasto surface. It is painted to order in any size; the 11 standard sizes run from 36×18 in (91×46 cm) to 100×50 in (254×127 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

The two-to-one proportions let it run the length of a reception sofa or a banquette back without leaving bare wall at either end. Its grey sky stops it overwhelming a neutral interior: white or dove-grey walls, pale stone and light timber let the tree colours carry the scheme. Along a boardroom wall it supplies a horizon line at seated eye height, which a long blank wall otherwise lacks. Centre it carefully, since the bright channel marks the middle.

Specified for lobby & reception, meeting & boardroom, restaurant & bar and living room; it reads as uplifting and bold.

Pairs well with

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for CA#1082 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 36×18 in to 100×50 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Thick impasto uses more paint and takes longer to dry than flat brushwork, which the price reflects.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on CA#1082 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Why are the reflections in CA#1082 broken into dashes?

Each reflection is laid with a single sideways pass of the knife, leaving a short bar of colour with a ridge along its edge. Stacked one below another, those bars suggest water moving very slightly, so the lake looks calm without looking frozen.

Which colour in CA#1082 should the rest of a room repeat?

Pick one hue rather than all of them. The sky blue of the second tree from the left works with navy or teal upholstery, while the crimson and coral on the right suit warmer schemes with terracotta or rust. The grey sky gives a neutral base either way.

Is CA#1082 a print or an original painting?

An original. CA#1082 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of CA#1082 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
