About this painting

Bands of turquoise, teal and milky white stream across a wide canvas like marbled stone in motion, with flecks of gold caught along their edges. The heaviest gold gathers in a dense, granular patch in the upper left, wrapped around a pool of near-black navy, and thinner gold threads trail after it through the middle.

Each colour stays distinct, edged by a thin darker line, and the surface has a glassy sheen. On the right the marbling opens into a broad white swell, and tiny white and gold specks are scattered over the darker water like spray.

AA#012 is an original abstract seascape painting showing fluid marbling in teal, white and navy with gold glitter veins, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas. It is painted to order in any size; the 11 standard sizes run from 36×18 in (91×46 cm) to 100×50 in (254×127 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

Behind a cocktail bar or over a long sofa, the sweeping current runs parallel to the counter or seat and makes the wall feel longer. The teal sits well with peacock or bottle-green velvet, and the gold flecks answer brass rails, lamp bases and bar fittings. Flank it with a pair of sconces rather than a single spotlight so the scattered gold specks glint evenly. Mauve, taupe or warm grey walls push the blue forward.

Specified for lobby & reception, restaurant & bar, living room and dining room; it reads as bold and dramatic.

Pairs well with

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for AA#012 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 36×18 in to 100×50 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Flat brushwork takes less paint and time than impasto or relief work of the same size.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on AA#012 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

What technique creates the veined currents in AA#012?

Fluid acrylic is coaxed across the canvas while still wet, so each colour drags the next into long veins instead of mixing to mud. The gold goes in along the seams as fine granular flecks, which is why it appears in drifts rather than solid lines.

Does AA#012 read as sea or as stone?

Both readings work. The teal currents and spray of specks suggest moving water seen from above, while the veined bands and gold seams recall polished agate or marble. Either way, it fits a coastal scheme as easily as a room of stone and marble finishes.

Is AA#012 a print or an original painting?

An original. AA#012 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of AA#012 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
