About this painting

A river of sky blue and cerulean winds down the left side of a tall canvas, with a single red-orange thread running through it like a flame inside water. Everything to its right is warm: peach and apricot brightening to a yellow glow near the top right corner, then deepening into coral and red along the bottom edge.

Long feathered strokes blend the colours while still wet, so the two temperatures fray into each other instead of meeting at a hard line. Near the bottom left, where the blue current widens, small orange flicks break into it.

AA#957 is an original abstract landscape painting showing flowing orange and blue colour field with streaks, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

The cool band on one side and warm field on the other give the canvas a direction, so hang it with the blue nearest a window or a cooler wall and the glow facing into the room. In an entrance hall, it suits the wall seen first as the door opens. Pale oak, white marble, terracotta and cognac leather sit well with it. The smooth, blended surface reads evenly under diffuse light, so a broad wall wash suits it better than one narrow spotlight.

Specified for lobby & reception, workspace & office, living room and entryway & hallway; it reads as uplifting and bold.

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for AA#957 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Flat brushwork takes less paint and time than impasto or relief work of the same size.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on AA#957 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

What is the red line running through the blue in AA#957?

A thin streak of red and orange that starts at the top edge and winds down inside the blue current before breaking into small flame-like flicks near the bottom. It links the two halves of the painting by carrying the warm colour into the cool side.

Does AA#957 depict an actual landscape?

Loosely at most. The blue band suggests an estuary winding past sunlit dunes, or a cold current beside a sunset sky, but there is no horizon or recognisable feature. It suits schemes that want a natural, elemental feel without a picture of a particular place.

Is AA#957 a print or an original painting?

An original. AA#957 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of AA#957 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
