About this painting

Between slate-blue cliffs a white waterfall plunges down the centre, spilling from a ledge of hot colour where lemon, lime, orange and magenta are knifed on in short, broken blocks.

Above the ledge a pale, misty gap opens between the rock walls, with a magenta haze drifting in at the upper right. Below it the mood cools sharply: indigo and violet on the left, steel blue on the right, and long vertical drips of thinned paint running to the bottom edge, echoing the falling water. The white of the fall is laid thick in raised streaks that read as spray, so the brightest paint is also the heaviest.

AA#855 is an original abstract landscape painting showing abstracted waterfall with pink, yellow and orange knife colour over blue drips, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas with a heavily textured impasto surface. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

The blue lower two-thirds suits rooms that already hold water: a spa pool hall, a hotel washroom with stone basins, a wet-room corridor tiled in grey. Hang it with the coloured ledge near eye level; the drips then lead down towards the floor and make a low hallway feel taller. In a bathroom, choose the wall opposite the vanity rather than one beside the shower, clear of direct splash and steam.

Specified for spa & wellness, corridor & circulation, entryway & hallway and bathroom; it reads as uplifting and dramatic.

Pairs well with

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for AA#855 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Thick impasto uses more paint and takes longer to dry than flat brushwork, which the price reflects.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on AA#855 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Why is the hot colour in AA#855 kept to the top third?

It marks the source of the fall. Concentrating magenta, yellow and orange on the ledge puts the warmest, brightest note where the water begins, and leaves the lower canvas cool and dark, so the white streaks stand out against blue rather than against competing colour.

Could the magenta in AA#855 be softened to blush?

It could. The magenta haze at the upper right and the pink block on the ledge can be painted as blush or dusty rose, keeping the lemon, orange, white and blues as they are. That shifts the canvas from bold to gentle, which suits quieter spa schemes.

Is AA#855 a print or an original painting?

An original. AA#855 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of AA#855 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
