About this painting

Dried seed heads, thistles, papery leaves and curling stems tumble across a cream ground, like an armful of late-summer stalks scattered on a table and seen from above. The tangle is thickest through the right two-thirds, where brown pods, lilac petals and ochre leaves overlap layer upon layer, and it thins toward the left edge into open cream crossed by a few pale stems.

Two golden seed umbels at lower left are drawn almost strand by strand, and a rust-red leaf beside them is the warmest note on the canvas. The paint is flat and finely detailed, with no built-up texture.

AA#384 is an original abstract floral painting showing tangle of dried seed heads and leaves as scattered pattern, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

Its near-white ground wants a wall with some colour behind it: mushroom, putty or a muted sage keeps the cream from dissolving into the plaster. The detail is fine enough to reward close looking, so place it where people stop or lie still, such as the wall facing a treatment bed or beside a freestanding bath out of the splash zone. Turn the open left side toward a window or doorway and let the dense right half settle into the corner.

Specified for spa & wellness, guest room & suite, bedroom and bathroom; it reads as uplifting and cozy & warm.

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for AA#384 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Flat brushwork takes less paint and time than impasto or relief work of the same size.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on AA#384 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Are the plants in AA#384 real species or invented shapes?

Most read as real dried plants: spiky thistle heads, umbrella-shaped seed umbels like wild carrot, round brown pods and papery leaves in ochre and rust. They are arranged freely rather than as a botanical study, so the canvas feels gathered from a field, not copied from a reference book.

Which colour from AA#384 should soft furnishings pick up?

Lilac is the scarcest colour on the canvas, so one lilac cushion or throw makes the link quickly. Ochre and olive are already plentiful and can carry larger surfaces, such as a headboard, curtains or a bath mat, without pulling attention away from the painting.

Is AA#384 a print or an original painting?

An original. AA#384 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of AA#384 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
