About this painting

Pale blue daisies with butter-yellow hearts drift across an off-white ground, each petal a single raised stroke that throws its own small shadow. There is no main flower and no horizon: the blossoms sit in loose diagonals and run off all four edges, so the pattern seems to carry on beyond the canvas. The blue darkens where a stroke banks up and fades almost to white where the paint thins out.

The yellow centres are thick dabs with a gritty, sanded look, spread so that no two line up. Even the ground has a fine stippled grain.

TA#072 is an original textured floral painting showing white and pale blue daisies with yellow centres in thick relief, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas with a sculpted relief surface. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

Soft blue and cream make it a calm choice for bedrooms and hotel suites, where a louder canvas would feel restless at night. Hang it over a pale upholstered headboard or a white bouclé sofa, alongside natural oak, white bedlinen and a little brushed brass. In a corridor, a ceiling wall-washer set about 30 cm out from the wall brings the petal shadows up; flat overhead light makes it read paler and smoother.

Specified for guest room & suite, corridor & circulation, bedroom and living room; it reads as uplifting and peaceful.

Pairs well with

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for TA#072 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Because the surface is not rolled, the choice is between stretched, ready to hang, and stretched in a frame; a frame costs more.
Surface
Sculpted relief is built up in layers with drying time between them, so it costs more than a flat painting of the same size.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on TA#072 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

How do the raised petals of TA#072 change as the light moves?

With light from one side, every petal casts a soft blue-grey shadow onto the cream ground and the flowers seem to float. Under even, frontal light those shadows almost disappear, and the canvas reads as a flat pale blue pattern. Over a day, most rooms show both.

Could the daisies in TA#072 be painted in blush pink or sage instead of blue?

Yes. The pattern works in any soft colour on a cream ground: blush pink, sage or lavender petals with the same butter-yellow centres keep the effect. Keep the ground pale, so the raised petals still cast visible shadows and the yellow hearts stay the brightest points.

Is TA#072 a print or an original painting?

An original. TA#072 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of TA#072 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
