About this painting

Dozens of knife-laid petals and leaves tumble down a square canvas from its pale upper left and crowd together at the lower right.

Each mark is one press of the knife: a tear-shaped dab of leaf green, butter yellow, cream, rose, lilac or aqua, often with two colours streaked into the same stroke. The top edge is mostly broken white and pale green impasto, like blossom against bright sky. The colour deepens as the petals pile up, and in the bottom right corner they turn teal, violet and an inky blue, which gives the bright petals something dark to stand against.

TA#903 is an original textured floral painting showing scatter of green, pink, yellow and white knife-built petals on pale green, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas with a heavily textured impasto surface. It is painted to order in any size; the 10 standard sizes run from 24×24 in (61×61 cm) to 72×72 in (183×183 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

Square and busy, it wants a wall a little wider than itself: a column face in a café, the space between two windows in a breakfast room, the wall over a guest-room dresser. Its greens are fresh and slightly yellow, so sage, mint and warm white walls suit it better than cool grey. At eye height the cascade of petals still reads clearly from three or four metres back.

Specified for guest room & suite, restaurant & bar, bedroom and living room; it reads as uplifting.

Pairs well with

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for TA#903 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 24×24 in to 72×72 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Because the surface is not rolled, the choice is between stretched, ready to hang, and stretched in a frame; a frame costs more.
Surface
Thick impasto uses more paint and takes longer to dry than flat brushwork, which the price reflects.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on TA#903 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

What flower is TA#903 meant to show?

No single species. The marks are generic petals and leaves, scattered like blossom falling from a branch above the top edge. So it sits happily in a room that already has a floral fabric or wallpaper, because it will not compete with a named flower.

Could TA#903 be painted without the dark blue corner?

Yes. The inky blue and violet at the lower right can be replaced with more rose and teal, which lightens the whole canvas. Bear in mind that the dark corner is what makes the yellow and green petals look bright, so the result will be gentler and lower in contrast.

Is TA#903 a print or an original painting?

An original. TA#903 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of TA#903 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
