About this painting

Hundreds of pink petals crowd the entire canvas, each one a single thick knife stroke in rose, blush, coral or cream, with no sky or background left showing. A trail of green leaves enters from the lower right and climbs diagonally towards the top corner, the only break in the pink.

The strokes lie at shifting angles, so their ridges catch light from different sides. Up close there are stray notes of buttery yellow, apricot and one fleck of pale blue on the left. With no stem or vase to anchor it, the picture reads less like a bouquet than a hedge in full blossom.

TA#209 is an original textured floral painting showing mass of pink knife-impasto blossoms with green leaves, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas with a heavily textured impasto surface. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

An all-over pattern makes it forgiving in awkward places: a short corridor wall seen at an angle, the narrow strip beside a wardrobe, the space over a low bench at the foot of a bed. Pink this saturated wants calm neighbours, so set it against a warm white, putty or pale stone wall and keep other patterned art away. In a guest suite it brightens a dressing area that gets little daylight.

Specified for guest room & suite, bedroom, corridor & circulation and living room; it reads as romantic and uplifting.

Pairs well with

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for TA#209 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Because the surface is not rolled, the choice is between stretched, ready to hang, and stretched in a frame; a frame costs more.
Surface
Thick impasto uses more paint and takes longer to dry than flat brushwork, which the price reflects.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on TA#209 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Are the pink shapes in TA#209 meant to be roses or blossom?

They are deliberately loose. The curled, cupped strokes suggest rose or peony petals, while the scattered layout and climbing leaves recall a flowering shrub. Nothing is drawn botanically, so it supports a romantic scheme without pinning the room to one particular flower.

How much texture does TA#209 have compared with a flat floral canvas?

A lot. Every petal is a raised stroke with a ridge along one edge, and they overlap several layers deep, so the whole surface is bumpy. Low daylight across it picks out hundreds of tiny shadows, while even light from the front keeps the effect softer and more about colour.

Is TA#209 a print or an original painting?

An original. TA#209 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of TA#209 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
