Cobalt and pale blue wavy stripe abstract canvas art

Cobalt stripes ripple down a white field and kink sideways near the bottom edge, as if the canvas had been tugged out of shape. Above them, five pale blue blocks divided by narrow white gaps fill the top two-fifths. The line between the two zones is not level; it climbs gently from left to right, setting the whole picture a little off balance.

The blocks are washed in soft, cloudy blue with faint brush marks, while the stripes are solid and saturated, each one swelling and thinning along its length. Still panels above, moving lines below: that contrast is the subject.
