About this painting

Leaves, fronds and five-petal blossoms overlap so densely that the whole canvas reads first as one woven surface of sage, cream and blush pink. Up close, every shape is drawn in fine contour lines: white strokes run in parallel along each leaf, while black and pink lines pick out petals and veins. The largest blossom sits just right of centre, its rose-pink heart ringed in tiny dots.

Pockets of forest green and olive show between the leaves, scattered with little circles and dashes that look almost embroidered. The paint is flat; depth comes from line density and from soft pink laid over muted green.

XA#418 is an original maximalist floral painting showing dense linework foliage and blossoms in green, cream and pink, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 24×20 in (61×51 cm) to 80×60 in (203×153 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

Close-grained and without a horizon, the pattern holds together from a sofa or a boardroom chair two or three metres back, then rewards anyone who walks up to it. Centre it over a long sofa or a conference table. Oatmeal upholstery, bouclé, pale oak and greige plaster walls suit the muted sage, while a stark white gloss wall right around it tends to wash out the pink.

Specified for meeting & boardroom, guest room & suite, spa & wellness and living room; it reads as peaceful and uplifting.

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for XA#418 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 24×20 in to 80×60 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Flat brushwork takes less paint and time than impasto or relief work of the same size.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on XA#418 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

How much detail is in the linework of XA#418 up close?

A great deal. Each leaf is filled with parallel white strokes that follow its curve, and the gaps between are sprinkled with tiny dots, rings and dashes in pink, black and green. From a distance these merge into a soft sage texture; at arm's length the drawing becomes the subject.

Will XA#418 work on a green-painted wall?

Yes, provided the wall is clearly lighter or darker than the painting's middle sage. A deep olive or forest wall makes the white linework stand out sharply, and a pale eucalyptus wall lets the pink lead. A wall in the same mid-sage would blur the canvas edges.

Is XA#418 a print or an original painting?

An original. XA#418 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of XA#418 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
