About this painting

A drift of yellow blooms pours down a hillside from the centre of the canvas to its lower left corner, laid in blocky daubs that stand up from the surface like petals. Rust-red and maroon shrubs crowd the right edge, and bare taupe earth, crossed by thin dark stalks, opens at the foot of the slope.

Higher up, lavender and periwinkle ridges stack into the distance, one peak lit peach where a low sun catches it, under cream cloud brushed over pale blue. That diagonal of yellow gives the tall format its movement, carrying the eye from the nearest flowers to the glowing summit.

IA#1110 is an original impressionist landscape painting showing yellow wildflowers and red blooms on a slope below blue mountains and sunlit clouds, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas with a heavily textured impasto surface. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

The yellow slope falls leftward, so position the canvas with the bed or doorway on its left; the flowers then tip the gaze back into the room. Grey-veined stone and pale ash suit it, and mustard or ochre cushions pick up the blooms without competing. At the head of a guest-floor corridor it gives a cool grey scheme one warm accent that can be seen from the lift.

Specified for corridor & circulation, guest room & suite, entryway & hallway and living room; it reads as uplifting and peaceful.

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for IA#1110 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Thick impasto uses more paint and takes longer to dry than flat brushwork, which the price reflects.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on IA#1110 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Why do the mountains in IA#1110 look lavender instead of blue?

They are mixed towards violet, which sits opposite yellow on the colour wheel. Set against each other, the two make each other stronger, so the blooms look brighter than they would under plain blue peaks. Lilac or grey-violet furnishings in the room will do the same for the yellow.

What are the thin dark lines at the bottom of IA#1110?

Stalks and grass stems, painted as fine dark strokes over the taupe earth at the foot of the slope. They give the foreground height and closeness, so the yellow flowers seem to stand on stems right in front of you instead of floating on the hillside.

Is IA#1110 a print or an original painting?

An original. IA#1110 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of IA#1110 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
