a large vertical impressionist canvas painting of a sage green pine forest half-swallowed by pale mint fog, with a single dark bird gliding through the open center, worked in soft dry-brushed acrylic

Studio photograph of the actual canvas. Yours is repainted to your dimensions, so brushwork will differ slightly — that is what an original is.

About this painting

Three bands of fir trees surface out of pale mint fog, stepping diagonally down toward the lower right corner, and a single dark bird crosses the clear gap between them. The palette is narrow: sage, jade and a milky grey-white, with the nearest firs a shade deeper than those behind.

The trees are built from short, crisp strokes that leave a slight ridge along the needles, while the fog around them is brushed smooth, so the wood seems to appear and dissolve as you look. Most of the surface is mist, and the thumbnail-sized bird is the only near-black mark on it.

IA#350 is an original impressionist landscape painting showing pine forest in fog with a single bird, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas with a heavily textured impasto surface. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

Low colour makes it a canvas for rooms that must stay quiet: the wall facing a bed, a run of corridor between treatment rooms, a guest room with grey upholstery. It sits well on greige, warm grey or soft white, with limed oak or pale ash. The tall format repeats the upright firs, so it fits a narrow pier between two windows or the slim wall beside a doorway.

Specified for spa & wellness, guest room & suite, bedroom and corridor & circulation; it reads as peaceful and calming.

Pairs well with

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for IA#350 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Thick impasto uses more paint and takes longer to dry than flat brushwork, which the price reflects.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on IA#350 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Why is there only one bird in IA#350?

It gives the fog scale and direction. Without it the canvas would be pattern; with it, the empty centre becomes air the bird is flying through. A lone bird over mist is often read as freedom or quiet solitude, which suits rooms meant for rest.

Will the pale greens of IA#350 turn grey in a dim room?

Partly. Under low, warm light the mint fog drifts toward soft grey while the firs keep their green, so the painting becomes more monochrome and quieter. Cool daylight brings the mint back. In a dim room, a small wall light aimed at the canvas keeps the green visible.

Is IA#350 a print or an original painting?

An original. IA#350 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of IA#350 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
