About this painting

White birch trunks marked with black notches crowd a misty wood, and a pale, rain-wet path winds between them towards the bottom of the canvas.

Chartreuse and yellow leaves are pressed on in small knife dabs, thickest along the top where they form a loose canopy. Behind the trunks the paint is thinner, a blur of lavender-grey and sage that pushes the trees forward. Near the ground the strokes turn dark olive and brown with a few rust flecks, and the path is laid in flat silvery slabs that look like puddles catching the sky.

IA#122 is an original impressionist landscape painting showing white birch trunks with yellow-green leaves along a wet forest path, knife strokes, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas with a heavily textured impasto surface. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

The upright trunks repeat the lines of a doorframe or a tall headboard, so it fits narrow walls: beside a bed, at the turn of a hotel corridor, or on a spa wall between treatment-room doors. Birch ply, pale ash, white plaster and sage or eucalyptus textiles suit its colours. It is muted enough for small rooms; in a large space, go for one of the upper sizes so the trunks still read clearly from across the floor.

Specified for spa & wellness, corridor & circulation, guest room & suite and bedroom; it reads as peaceful and calming.

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for IA#122 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Thick impasto uses more paint and takes longer to dry than flat brushwork, which the price reflects.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on IA#122 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

What season is shown in IA#122?

Most likely late spring or early summer. The leaves are largely fresh chartreuse, with yellow used as highlights where light catches them rather than as autumn colour, and the wet path and grey mist suggest a damp morning just after rain.

How is the birch bark in IA#122 painted?

Each trunk is pulled down in long white knife strokes with a grey shadow side, then crossed by short black dashes for the notches and eyes, and a few carry green moss near the base. Up close the marks look loose and broken, yet across a corridor they settle into papery, peeling bark.

Is IA#122 a print or an original painting?

An original. IA#122 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of IA#122 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
