About this painting

Drifts of gold flecks gather in three corners of a soft white and cobalt sky, leaving a pale channel open through the middle. The blue is laid in feathered patches whose edges bleed downward in fine vertical streaks, as if pulled through wet white.

Over it the gold is dabbed in hundreds of small leaf-shaped marks, packed densely across the lower right, massed in the top left corner and trickling down the right edge, with a few clusters floating on the darkest blue near the centre. The white channel winding between the drifts is the calmest part of the picture and keeps it from feeling crowded.

AA#668 is an original abstract painting showing blue and white washed field with gold leaf flecks clustering at the edges, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

Its gold is heaviest at the lower right, so on a bed wall or above a long sofa it balances best with something taller on the left: an arc lamp, a potted palm or a tall bedside cabinet. Taupe, greige or warm grey wall panels let the gold glow without competing, while navy upholstery and brushed brass repeat both halves of the palette. In a hotel lobby, give it a wall at least a metre wider than the canvas so the drifts have space around them.

Specified for guest room & suite, lobby & reception, living room and bedroom; it reads as uplifting and bold.

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for AA#668 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Flat brushwork takes less paint and time than impasto or relief work of the same size.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on AA#668 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Does AA#668 suit a room without gold fittings?

Yes, if there is warmth somewhere else. The gold covers a large share of the canvas, so it carries well beside warm wood, cognac leather or ochre textiles even without metal fittings. In an all-grey room of chrome and glass it can look isolated; one brass or amber accent nearby ties it in.

Why do the blue patches in AA#668 look blurred?

The blue is drawn downward through wet white paint, so each patch ends in fine vertical streaks instead of a hard edge. That feathering makes the background read as sky or water and pushes the crisp gold marks forward, giving the picture depth through the contrast between soft and sharp.

Is AA#668 a print or an original painting?

An original. AA#668 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of AA#668 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
