About this painting

One oversized blush peony opens across the left of the canvas, so large that the frame cuts off its outer petals.

Every petal is a separate raised shape with a crinkled gold-coloured rim, and the rims trace the flower like contour lines, tightening into a twisted knot at its heart. Inside each outline the pink is shaded smoothly, deeper rose toward the centre and paler at the tips. The right third is open ground, white clouded with soft gray, so the bloom seems to press in from one side instead of sitting politely in the middle.

TA#1093 is an original textured floral painting showing large soft pink peony with raised gold-leaf petal edges on a white-grey plaster ground, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas with a sculpted relief surface. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

The bloom crowds the left, so the canvas balances an asymmetric wall: hang it with a tall lamp, a plant or a window on its right, beside the open ground. In a boutique or showroom it reads clearly from the door and sits well behind a cash desk. A tightly focused spot angled down from the ceiling lets the raised rims pick up highlights while the pink stays soft. Blush, sage and dove gray walls all suit it.

Specified for gallery & retail, guest room & suite, bedroom and living room; it reads as romantic and peaceful.

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for TA#1093 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Because the surface is not rolled, the choice is between stretched, ready to hang, and stretched in a frame; a frame costs more.
Surface
Sculpted relief is built up in layers with drying time between them, so it costs more than a flat painting of the same size.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on TA#1093 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

What makes the gold outlines on TA#1093 catch the light?

Their surface. Each rim sits on the raised edge of a sculpted petal and is crinkled and broken rather than smooth, so different facets face the light as you move past. Against the soft, even pink inside each petal, the outlines look almost drawn in light.

Is there symbolism in the blush peony of TA#1093?

Peonies are often read as flowers of prosperity, honour and romance, and they are a long-standing wedding flower. Here the bloom is stylised rather than botanical, so the symbolism stays light: it reads first as a soft, romantic flower and only then as an emblem.

Is TA#1093 a print or an original painting?

An original. TA#1093 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of TA#1093 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
