About this painting

Hundreds of small blossoms pour across the canvas in hot pink, magenta, orange, yellow and white, packed so tight the ground barely shows. The weight sits low: the lower left is a deep crimson and plum mass of tiny flowers, and above it a streak of creamy white sweeps through like a gust of light, trailing fine dark lines.

Towards the top right they thin into a soft blue-grey and sage haze. Across a room the whole canvas is one bloom of colour; at arm's length it breaks into separate daisies, star-shaped yellow flowers and five-petal white ones, each with a raised dab at its centre.

XA#289 is an original maximalist floral painting showing dense edge-to-edge burst of pink, magenta, yellow and orange small flowers, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas with a heavily textured impasto surface. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

Colour this dense needs plain surroundings. A dark green, charcoal or ink wall makes the pinks glow; bare white turns the canvas into a bright window of spring. In a boutique it can hang behind the counter as the one colour in a neutral space, and in a reception area it belongs on the wall people face as they walk in. Keep patterned wallpaper and crowded shelving well away from it.

Specified for lobby & reception, gallery & retail, living room and entryway & hallway; it reads as romantic and uplifting.

Pairs well with

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for XA#289 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Thick impasto uses more paint and takes longer to dry than flat brushwork, which the price reflects.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on XA#289 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Can the hot pink and magenta in XA#289 be softened to blush?

Yes. The magenta and hot pink can be eased to blush and rose, and the orange toward apricot, while keeping the crowd of flowers and the white streak. The result is gentler, because much of the drama comes from the deep plum corner set against the bright centre.

What is the white streak running through XA#289?

A sweep of creamy white paint with fine dark lines trailing from it, running from the centre toward the left edge. It reads as light breaking through blossom, or as wind, and it gives the eye one open area in a canvas otherwise filled edge to edge with flowers.

Is XA#289 a print or an original painting?

An original. XA#289 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of XA#289 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
