About this painting

Cream and white roses spill from a rounded green vase and spread across an acid grass-green ground that fills every corner of the canvas. Only the shoulder of the vase shows above the lower edge, so the flowers seem to tumble upward and outward, and loose sprays reach the two upper corners.

The paint is heavy and ridged throughout. The background is combed in short diagonal strokes, the blooms are built up in thick curls of white with blue-grey and pink in their shadows, and sharp dark-teal leaves cut between them. On the wall, the green ground speaks louder than the flowers.

IA#548 is an original impressionist floral painting showing white roses in a green vase on green ground, Van Gogh style, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas with a heavily textured impasto surface. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

Strong green needs company that can stand up to it: walnut, black steel, white marble, raw concrete or deep navy all work, while beige walls tend to look tired beside it. Restaurants should place it on a wall diners look at, not one behind their heads; at home it suits a dining wall with green glassware or botanical tableware, or the turn of a corridor. Light from above brings out the combed ridges in the background.

Specified for entryway & hallway, corridor & circulation, restaurant & bar and dining room; it reads as bold and uplifting.

Pairs well with

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for IA#548 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Thick impasto uses more paint and takes longer to dry than flat brushwork, which the price reflects.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on IA#548 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Why does IA#548 use such a bright green background?

The acid green makes the white roses glow. White flowers on a pale ground would disappear; against saturated green the cream petals look lit from within and their blue-grey shadows read as cool. The same green repeated in the vase holds the whole composition together.

How heavy is the texture of IA#548 up close?

Heavy. Even the plain green background is worked in short, raised diagonal strokes, and the rose heads stand up in thick curls. At close range you see individual ridges catching light; seen from a dining table the surface blurs into a lively, slightly shimmering green.

Is IA#548 a print or an original painting?

An original. IA#548 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of IA#548 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
