About this painting

Flowers burst out of the dark in a knot of white-pink, butter-yellow and scarlet blooms at the centre of the canvas, throwing flecks of paint outward as if caught mid-explosion.

The ground changes around them: clear lemon yellow across the top, crimson and rose down the left side, deep cobalt and near-black green at the lower right. Small indigo star-shaped flowers and dark leaves sit inside the cluster, which makes the bright blooms look lit from within. Red flicks cross the open yellow at the top left, and the paint is dragged fast and thick in the blue corner.

CA#887 is an original colorful floral painting showing vivid multicolour flower cluster with paint splatter on a yellow-to-blue ground, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas with a heavily textured impasto surface. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

On a charcoal, navy or dark-panelled wall the blue and black lower corners sink into the background and the yellow top seems to float, a strong effect in a dim entrance hall or boutique. In a shop or gallery its spread of hues sits behind mixed merchandise without favouring any one brand colour. Aim a narrow-beam spotlight at the white bloom just right of centre.

Specified for lobby & reception, gallery & retail, entryway & hallway and living room; it reads as bold and dramatic.

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for CA#887 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Thick impasto uses more paint and takes longer to dry than flat brushwork, which the price reflects.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on CA#887 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Do the blooms in CA#887 represent real flower varieties?

Only loosely. They are painted as bursts of colour: a white-pink one close to a peony, yellow ones like open roses, an orange-red one with spiky petals like a gerbera, and small indigo stars, so treat it as a bouquet in motion, not a plant portrait.

What is the fine spatter scattered across CA#887?

Flicks and dots of red, white and orange paint, thrown across the yellow upper field and through the bouquet. Seen from across a lobby these merge into the flower shapes and give the cluster the look of having just opened.

Is CA#887 a print or an original painting?

An original. CA#887 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of CA#887 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
