About this painting

Magenta and plum blooms crowd the upper left of a tall cream canvas, and the flowers spill downward and outward in hundreds of short, knife-laid petals. A large peach dahlia holds the left side at mid-height, a second magenta cluster sits just right of centre, and crimson flares again in the bottom corner among dark green leaf strokes.

Lavender and pale lilac sprays thin out towards the upper right, where the cream ground is left almost bare and dragged flat with the blade. Each petal stands as its own small ridge of paint, so the surface catches light flake by flake.

CA#096 is an original colorful floral painting showing dense knife-dabbed bouquet of magenta, purple, lavender and peach blooms on cream, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas with a heavily textured impasto surface. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

The bare cream corner at upper right stops the picture from feeling crowded, so it can hang in a narrow hallway or right beside a door without closing the space in. Against greige or warm-white plaster walls it reads soft and pink; on a deep aubergine or olive wall the magenta flares. In a dining room, a side wall next to the windows works best, since daylight skimming across the canvas picks out every knife ridge. Champagne or brass frames repeat the peach dahlia.

Specified for restaurant & bar, entryway & hallway, dining room and guest room & suite; it reads as romantic and cozy & warm.

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for CA#096 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Thick impasto uses more paint and takes longer to dry than flat brushwork, which the price reflects.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on CA#096 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Why is the upper right of CA#096 left so empty?

It is deliberate. The flowers are weighted to the lower left, and the open cream corner gives the lavender sprays somewhere to scatter, as if the bouquet were catching a breeze. On the wall it leaves a quiet area that keeps the larger sizes from feeling heavy.

In side light, what does the surface of CA#096 look like?

Every petal is a knife-laid ridge of acrylic, not sculpted plaster, standing a little above the ground with a sharp edge; the build-up is heaviest in the dense magenta and peach clusters. Grazing light throws a small shadow under each stroke, while flat frontal light softens the canvas into a blur of colour.

Is CA#096 a print or an original painting?

An original. CA#096 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of CA#096 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
