About this painting

A thin black line wanders down the tall canvas like a river traced on a map, dividing a ridged terracotta block at the upper right from soft cream and sand-coloured sweeps on the left.

The terracotta is the most textured area, dragged sideways into fine raised ridges with darker rust streaks running down through it. At the lower left a broad beige stroke curls over a dense black mound, the only heavy dark on the canvas, and a pale peach stroke softens the top-left corner. Grey and black hairlines thread across the white.

AA#615 is an original abstract painting showing textured terracotta field with beige and white strokes and a black curving line, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas with a heavily textured impasto surface. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

Its height and earthy colour suit a long, low piece of furniture with clear wall above it: a restaurant sideboard, an end-of-bed bench, a low boucle sofa. Terracotta and cream match clay tiles, caramel leather and woven cane; the black line and mound want one dark accent repeated nearby, such as a black lamp or iron chair legs. At the largest size it can also lean against the wall on the floor.

Specified for restaurant & bar, guest room & suite, dining room and bedroom; it reads as cozy & warm and peaceful.

Pairs well with

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for AA#615 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Thick impasto uses more paint and takes longer to dry than flat brushwork, which the price reflects.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on AA#615 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

How does the ridged terracotta in AA#615 look under different lighting?

With daylight from one side, the dragged ridges throw fine horizontal shadows and the block looks almost like raked clay. Under a downlight from straight above the ridges flatten out and the colour reads as a smooth burnt orange, so side light shows the texture best.

What is the dark shape at the bottom of AA#615?

An abstract mass rather than an object: a dense black dome with a beige stroke curling over it, set low on the left to balance the terracotta at the top right. Its weight grounds the tall canvas, so the eye starts there and follows the black line upward.

Is AA#615 a print or an original painting?

An original. AA#615 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of AA#615 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
