Studio photograph of the actual canvas. Yours is repainted to your dimensions, so brushwork will differ slightly — that is what an original is.

About this painting

Ragged gold seams split a tall canvas into the bands of a cut agate: a dark teal-green pool on the left, a smoky grey-brown channel down the middle and a pale beige field to the right. A near-black pocket in the lower right, shot through with white and gold veins, balances the green.

Fine white veins branch through the grey like cracks in stone, while thinner copper-brown lines craze across the beige. The colour moves in soft, ink-like gradients, darkest at the core of each pool, and every band is outlined by a granular gold rim that glints as the viewing angle changes.

AA#921 is an original abstract painting showing agate-like marble pattern with gold veins in dark green, brown and beige, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

Dark, warm and stone-like, it sits best beside the materials it imitates: a marble-topped bar, a travertine reception counter, smoked glass and dark-stained oak. The tall format fits the narrow wall beside a lift bank or between two dining room doors. Warm greige or taupe walls flatter the browns, while bright white can make them look muddy. The gold rims need a point source to glint; under diffuse daylight alone they read as ochre, so add one small adjustable spot.

Specified for restaurant & bar, lobby & reception, gallery & retail and dining room; it reads as dramatic and moody.

Pairs well with

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for AA#921 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Flat brushwork takes less paint and time than impasto or relief work of the same size.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on AA#921 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Is AA#921 meant to look like agate or marble?

It borrows from both. The banded pools with a darker core and a crusted rim come from sliced agate, while the fine branching white veins are closer to marble. It is a painted interpretation rather than a copy of a real stone, so the pattern is laid out freehand on each canvas.

Which finishes in a room pick up the gold in AA#921?

Brushed brass and antique bronze match the gold rims best; polished chrome looks cold beside them. The teal-green pool pairs with bottle-green velvet or a dark green stone, and the beige field ties into travertine, sand-coloured plaster or oatmeal linen upholstery.

Is AA#921 a print or an original painting?

An original. AA#921 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of AA#921 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
