About this painting

Three tulips open in a loose triangle, each with cream-white inner petals cupped inside a ring of gold and ochre and dark amber stamens just visible in the throat.

Long sage-green leaves sweep up behind them, one blade reaching almost to the top left corner, and the stems gather at the bottom edge as if cut for a vase. The flowers are built from thick strokes that keep the shape of the brush, while the warm beige ground is combed in short curving arcs, like a trowelled plaster wall, so even the empty background carries texture.

TA#585 is an original textured floral painting showing three yellow and white tulips with green leaves on plaster ground, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas with a heavily textured impasto surface. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

Yellow flowers carry best in soft daylight, so try a dining wall at right angles to a window, where the light crosses the combed background and its arcs show. In a guest bedroom it sits well above a headboard upholstered in cream or pale green, which picks up the leaves. Avoid a strongly yellow wall, where the gold petals lose their outline; warm white, putty or a muted celadon keeps the flowers distinct.

Specified for guest room & suite, dining room, corridor & circulation and bedroom; it reads as cozy & warm and uplifting.

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for TA#585 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Because the surface is not rolled, the choice is between stretched, ready to hang, and stretched in a frame; a frame costs more.
Surface
Thick impasto uses more paint and takes longer to dry than flat brushwork, which the price reflects.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on TA#585 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Why does the background of TA#585 have curved marks?

The beige ground is combed in short curving strokes so it resembles hand-trowelled plaster. That gives the empty space around the tulips a quiet texture that changes as the light moves, and it keeps the canvas from looking like a flat botanical illustration.

What do the yellow tulips in TA#585 suggest?

Yellow tulips are often read as cheerfulness and the arrival of spring, which is why they turn up so often in welcome and celebration bouquets. Here the yellow is a warm gold rather than lemon, so the mood stays gentle instead of loud.

Is TA#585 a print or an original painting?

An original. TA#585 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of TA#585 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
