About this painting

A towering spray of pale pink peonies rises from a white vase painted with red flowers, and ripe strawberries are scattered through the whole bouquet like a second kind of blossom. White five-petalled flowers open at the top and sides, and green leaves, long pods and tiny red flower clusters break up the pink.

The peonies are laid in loose, swirling strokes of thick pink and white that blur the outline of the vase, and fallen petals on the tabletop are worked the same way. The ground shifts from sage-olive at the top to rose at the bottom, so the canvas warms as it descends.

CA#411 is an original colorful floral painting showing pink peonies and white blossoms with red strawberries, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas with a heavily textured impasto surface. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

Pretty enough for a patisserie or an afternoon-tea room, and in a guest suite it makes a gentle first sight from the pillow. The red decoration on the vase ties in with red-and-white tableware, toile and gingham, so it can anchor a café that already uses them. Sage, blush or warm white walls suit it; a cold blue-grey drains the pink. At its tallest sizes it can close the end of a short corridor, as in the first photograph.

Specified for restaurant & bar, guest room & suite, dining room and bedroom; it reads as romantic and uplifting.

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for CA#411 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Thick impasto uses more paint and takes longer to dry than flat brushwork, which the price reflects.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on CA#411 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

How does the red in CA#411 tie the picture together?

The same strong red appears in the strawberries, the small flower clusters and the pattern on the vase, so the eye keeps travelling from berry to berry and back down to the base. Without it the pink would settle into one soft mass; the red gives the bouquet rhythm.

Does CA#411 read as pink or green on the wall?

Mainly pink. The peonies and tabletop fill the lower two thirds with rose and blush, while the upper third turns a muted sage-olive behind the white flowers. Against a sage wall the top edge softens into the room; against white the pink carries more strongly.

Is CA#411 a print or an original painting?

An original. CA#411 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of CA#411 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
