About this painting

A white horse charges straight out of a blaze of orange and coral, front legs folded mid-stride and its mane torn back into streaks of white and pale blue.

Chest and shoulder are shaded in deep crimson and plum, so the body seems lit by the same fire as the field around it. That field is all knife-work: short, thick strokes of orange, pink and rose swept toward the upper right, with turquoise, gold and violet flecks kicked up under the hooves. The ears sit close to the top edge and the hooves close to the bottom, so the animal fills nearly the full height of the upright canvas.

CA#1028 is an original colorful animal painting showing white horse galloping through vivid orange and pink knife strokes, hand-painted in acrylic on canvas with a heavily textured impasto surface. It is painted to order in any size; the 14 standard sizes run from 20×24 in (51×61 cm) to 60×80 in (153×203 cm). Painting takes about 10 days and delivery 5–7 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS; the minimum order is one piece.

Where it works

The horse gallops straight out of the canvas, so give it a wall that visitors walk toward rather than past: facing the lift doors in a hotel lobby, or terminating a guest-floor corridor. Cream plaster, walnut and honed travertine pick up the orange ground, while a greige wall makes the crimson shading look deeper. Keep furniture under it low, so a lamp or tall vase does not cut across the hooves at the bottom edge.

Specified for corridor & circulation, lobby & reception, entryway & hallway and living room; it reads as dramatic and bold.

These share its palette, format and surface, so the three hang as a set: a run along a hotel corridor, a pair either side of a bed with this one between, or one per suite on the same floor.

Sizes & scale

Width × height. These are the sizes ordered most often; any other size is painted to order, with the composition redrawn to your proportions. A common rule: art about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or console beneath it.

What affects the price

Trade prices for CA#1028 are quoted per order rather than listed, and come back within one business day. Four things set the figure:

Size
Price follows canvas area. The standard sizes run from 20×24 in to 60×80 in; any other size is quoted the same way.
Finish
Rolled canvas is the lowest-cost way to buy and ship. Stretched, ready to hang, costs more, and a frame costs the most.
Surface
Thick impasto uses more paint and takes longer to dry than flat brushwork, which the price reflects.
Quantity
Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces: the same design for every room on a floor, each one painted individually, or a mix of works.

Shipping is not included in the price; its cost is confirmed with you before the piece ships. Ask for a price on CA#1028 on WhatsApp →

Questions buyers ask

Is the galloping horse in CA#1028 given a symbolic reading?

Often, yes. A horse at full gallop is widely read as momentum, drive and success, and in feng shui a horse running into a room rather than out of it is the preferred choice. Here the animal comes straight toward the viewer, which suits that reading.

How is the texture spread across CA#1028?

Unevenly. The mane is built from long raised white strokes, each ridge lit along its crest, and the orange and pink ground is laid in short knife slabs. The face is handled more smoothly, which keeps the head crisp against the rougher field around it.

Is CA#1028 a print or an original painting?

An original. CA#1028 is hand-painted in acrylic on canvas when you order it — nothing in the iHomeArt catalogue is printed or held in stock. The photographs show an earlier canvas of the same design, so the brushwork on yours will differ slightly.

Will several copies of CA#1028 match across rooms?

They read as a set: every copy is painted from the same composition and palette. Each one is still painted by hand, so the brushwork differs slightly from piece to piece. Progress photos at each stage let you compare them before the next stage starts, and volume pricing begins at 10 pieces.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Screens shift colour, so the photographs here are a guide rather than a swatch. You see progress photos or video at each stage and approve a photograph of the finished canvas before it leaves. Moving the palette towards your scheme is normal: send a photo of a paint chip, a fabric swatch or the room on WhatsApp.
